Two young guys living within Tema, Spintex, Lashibi environs start a movement called “Train Insane” to build the community and to expand networking capabilities with their open space workout. Their aim is to inspire, oneness, unity, create jobs and connects through networking and most importantly, keeping the body, mind and heart strong and keeping all participants still looking 20.
